"The team at this office definitely have it together. Grant and José both were incredibly helpful while I was shopping and comparing different companies for my car and home insurance. I previously had progressive but wanted to shop around for the best deal when I bought my car. I knew I'd be needing home owner insurance for the first time soon, so I was factoring that in and asking questions about that as well. I spent two hours straight calling back and forth between this office and other places with questions and they were totally patient and awesome and answered all of my questions. They were knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I think they were just that confident in their policies that they didn't even have to try hard to sell it to me. In the end, their policies really were the best for both price and coverage, and I felt the most confident about working with the Andy Fry team, even though I still haven't dealt with Andy himself. It's a really good sign that the people he's hired are extremely competent and have excellent customer service. When we got our homeowner policy, the inspector said our driveway cracks needed repaired and gave a super short deadline of a couple of weeks to get it fixed. Grant automatically started working on getting that deadline extended for us and was able to do so. It made me feel like he really cared and didn't just say, "oh well, that's just how it is, deal with it." He took it into his own hands and advocated for us with the underwriters. Additionally, I had previously worked with a different State Farm agency (that ended up retiring in the midst of things) while handling affairs for a family member who passed and it was a nightmare-- I'm talking wrong paperwork, lost paperwork, redoing things over and over, incorrect info, etc. Grant has been incredibly helpful with getting things actually taken care of from all of that. He helped me get some policies moved to their office and has been working behind the scenes with the another office to get some other things taken care of for us. All in all, very professional, knowledgeable, and INCREDIBLE customer service!"

"State Farm's Andy Fry's account manager, Brent really made my husband and I feel like we were home when looking for new insurance. We had been with another insurance company, the same agent for over 20+ years, they felt like family, but had to change due to moving out of state. It was heart breaking. "I reached out to Brent Tilton for a quote on my insurance that was continuously going up through my current provider. Brent had a quote for me within a couple of hours and it beat my current provider significantly.
